We have been staying here for years cause it was a decent price, but rethinking it for next year. This year when we went the first night the tv did not work they did send a repair guy but did not getting to work. I was fine with that until the next day I found out they knew about it before we checked in & they didn't say anything. All they had to say is the tv is not working but we are working on it. Luckily it worked the next day. The first morning we had no hot water, had to get a key card for the RV park. Not convenient & not the first time this has happened. One night are key card didn't work to get into are room so we had to go get it reprogrammed. The rv park has reserved parking but the rooms do not it was very hard to get parking. Parking should be reserved in front of each room. The WIFI is hit & miss if it works & when it does work it is so slow my kids couldn't do there school work. Every time we had to go to the office for these problems they gave us a hollow apology & acted like they were put out to have to help. They keep upping the price but don't really do repairs. I am talking minor repairs. The toilet needs to be tightened down to the floor, the table needs a new clear coat so that plates, bowels & paper towels don't stick. It wasn't just are room that had problems other guest next to us asked about the water, the WIFI & things like that. Usually have good customer service but this year was not good at all. Thinking of staying else...
Read moreThe quality of the room was not the best, they have no amenities, there was a liquid soap dispenser in the shower, the floor had mildew, they only had a few lamps for lighting, no ac, no microwave, no refrigerator, and they claimed that they had told us when the room was a “bare room” when we don’t recall enything about that. When someone came to “clean the room, they emptied the trash and threw the blankets on thus bed, not even fixing the other one. The told us, you should have told us about the room, when we did several times. The room was 119$ a night we stayed, we had a dog so it was 25$ (that’s per dog), then apparently there was taxes, we paied 54.10$ for taxes, but we have stayed at many hotels & never seen a room, town, and state tax. Thy also had charged a bed tax & they didn’t even make the bed. They charged 11.90$ every night for this bed tax. The room for four nights would be 476 plus the dog fee of 25$, then the taxes which came to the grand...
Read moreI am amazed at the two reviews so far for this place. We stayed a night in the hotel and a night in the RV park. The night we stayed in the hotel we were sharing one room with friends without an RV so it was as cheap to split the cost of the room as to pay separately for an RV site. As an RV site I thought it was great! It has full hookups, a wash room with showers, and a laundry mat area. I didn't have a cable to hook up our RV to their cable system so I cannot speak to that other than the fact that they had that as a choice. But it was all that we needed and more. As a hotel room it was simple and adequate. We don't stay in West Yellowstone for any reason other than to see Yellowstone; so of COURSE we are busy elsewhere all day long. I don't need a nice grassy site for my RV or a fancy hotel room. I just need a good place to park it for the night. We like this one and I am recording details about it for our future trips to...
