Forever Young — Local services in West Yellowstone

I family and friends visited the store yesterday. The store is fabulous; However, two of the gifts of our family’s friend’s kiddo bought his parents broke on the way home. I tried to call the store with the phone number is disconnected. If the owner of the store or employee or somebody who knows the owner could assist us we would greatly appreciated it as these were for Christmas presents for this kiddos parents. We will gladly change our review five stars as the stores worth it but the fact that customer service was poor due to no phone service is super disappointing; however, both of the gifts (Mama Bear and Papa Bear mugs) our family’s friend‘a kiddo bought his parents broke on the way home. UPDATE: We called W. Yellowstone Visitor Center and a sweet lady actually went to the store for us and tried to get a phone number or give them ours to so we could make contact to replace the coffee mugs. They said they said they don’t do that and would not help us. I’m so saddened that they would not assist us. Now this boy will be crushed that he can’t give his parents the items he bought. Ba Humbug to you Forever Young....

Hello! This is less of a review because I didn’t actually buy anything from the store and more of a plea for someone from the store to respond please.

I did visit the store and frankly I thought it had arguably the best collection of clothing items in the whole town and was definitely one of the top two souvenir shops I visited but it was also one of the last and therefore I didn’t buy anything because by the time I got there I had already spent so much money that I didn’t feel like I could justify spending any more BUT I also saw a beautiful dark green embroidered hooded sweatshirt that I wanted so bad and that has been living in my head rent free since the moment I saw it. I NEED to buy it and was hoping to find either a website or a phone number so that I could buy it remotely and have it shipped to me but there is no website and the phone number is wrong everywhere I’ve looked!!! So this is my last resort, please if you see this and you own or work at the store please let me know how I can get it contact with you because I am obsessed with that sweater and want to get one before the winter hits in Utah so I can LIVE IN IT.

I had picked up a sweater that was in a color I did not really 100% fell in love with but I bought it.. As I got home, I realize It didn’t look good on me. I was visiting the town again the next day so I decided to potentially exchange or get another one. So I went back the next day… There was a worker who is named Tom? (I don’t remember if that’s the right name) I asked if I could exchange… I picked another color of sweater but the price was slightly higher than my first pick the day before. He said he won’t charge me for the price difference.. I was so thankful and grateful - I didn’t mind paying the difference at all but Tom was soo kind to let it go. Such a sweet and kind man!!
