We got the mac and cheese, lasagna, wild west supreme pizza, chicken parm, and spaghetti. Although we all enjoyed the food, we specifically liked the lasagna, mac and cheese and pizza in comparison to the spaghetti and chicken parm. We just had mixed feelings on the latter two because some of my family thought it was blander in comparison to the other food. This isn't to say the food was bad though, in the end we all enjoyed it and left the restaurant with full bellies. The next part is on the service, which, although fine was a little chaotic. That's to be expected I suppose in a restaurant as popular and crowded as this one but nevertheless that doesn't take away from the fact that the service wasn't the greatest. We asked one of the servers for a fork and also for two sprites because we decided late that we wanted it and although the server said she would get it for us, she never came back. Also, we asked for a takeout box but another server also forgot about that. They're all small things but still. I thought the atmosphere was fitting of the town so in that respect everything was good. There are deer and moose heads up, native american portraits and paintings, all very befitting the "wild west" atmosphere they were probably trying to have. The dining area was family friendly but pretty rowdy. The saloon was separated from the dining area which makes sense. Next, the prices were all very fair and I had no complaints there for the amount that you get. Finally, the last thing I have to mention is that the waiting times can sometimes be intense because of how popular the place is. When we tried to make a reservation, we were told we would have to wait 55 minutes and although in the end we only waited about 20 minutes, it still shows you the possibility of a very long wait time so be prepared. Ultimately, pretty good experience, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere even though it got...

Great food, would have given 5 stars if not for the rude server in the bar (6/8 dinner). Yummy Mac and cheese, we added bacon and chicken. Delish pizza - crispy crust, yummy toppings- we ordered the Calamity Jane and one with Canadian bacon and pineapple (known as a Hawaiian where we come from). Mountain Margarita with huckleberry was good.

The service - woman server in the turquoise shirt, with tattoos and a pierced nose - RUDE. We are always friendly and try to be non-demanding. When I asked how the Mountain Margarita was, she rolled her eyes and said great, in a snippy tone. When we ordered a Hawaiian pizza, she slapped her note pad down on the table with a big exasperated huff, rolled her eyes yet again and snapped at us that she didn't know what that was. She continued to interact with us in a nasty tone for no reason, my husband was looking at me like what the heck. No idea what we did to set her off, but we almost left at that point. She seemed to not like us from the moment we walked in. The other two women servers were very nice, one with dark hair and a baseball hat, the other tall with glasses. We didn't see the other one again. Thank goodness.

Even though it was packed, it didn't take that long to get our food. Sit in the bar if you don't have kids, there...

May 29, 2021: The evening started off a little sketchy and chaotic but then we realized we could grab a table in the bar. Walked over and claimed a recently emptied table and were greeted with a busier who quickly cleaned it off. We actually had about three servers tending to us during our visit and they were all super friendly. Ordered the Baked Mac and Cheese with a combo pizza, a Gambler Amber beer and a Cranberry Apple Crown cocktail. We watched the numerous televisions and listened to some live music. They earned that Fifth Star tonight!

February 2017: Strolled in here late one winter evening. Snow blew in the door as it shut behind me...strolled down the hall, past the bar, to the cozy and warm pizza joint in the back... The sat our party of 10 down pretty quick. Granted we did have a big group with separate checks. Food was great including the Mac and Cheese. Beer was good. The screw up with the checks was where we lost a star here. I think the mess up ended up in our favor once we sorted it all out later but just that it happened, was enough. They are getting another winter chance coming up soon. Lets see if they earn...
