This place will rip you off. I went in 9/12/24 evening. Two employees -- Asian girl on the sales floor was friendly and proactively helpful. Creepy Sulky White Girl at the counter looked like she hates her job. I picked up one single item for my granddaughter -- a shirt clearly marked at $9.99. At the counter, CS Girl told me the total would be $11 and change. (Sales tax? Ok.) I pulled out my card and looked around to swipe. CS Girl reached for my card and said she would run the transaction. Pretty weird, because no one does that anymore. I can't even think of the last time I had to hand my card to a retail cashier, but whatever. Small businesses are often behind current technology. Checked my bank account later and found i was charged over $17 for a ten dollar shirt. I've got years of retail management experience in companies large and small, and I'll tell you exactly what happened here. CS Girl took my card and punched in an amount higher than the actual sale (the price tag cleverly covered the entire barcode, so she can manually input anything she wants). She knew if I couldn't see the point-of-sale machine then I wouldn't see the overcharge. Then she took cash out of the register and put it in her pocket so the receipts would balance at closing time. She also knew that in a tourist town chances are I'd be long gone before I realized she's a thief. The solution here is for the store owners to install cameras to keep an eye on their employees...unless they're in on the scam.

Poor service and terrible quality. Shirts falling apart after 1 wash. My brother and I stopped by with our families on our way into the park. The woman working the counter seemed really annoyed to have so many people in the store, even though we were buying shirts and souvenirs for all 10 kids we had with us. Our group spent over $200 in the store. She was particularly annoyed that the teddy bear/shirt combo that my son wanted didn't have the right size shirt with the bear he wanted and I had the audacity to ask her to trade the shirt that was held to the bear with a rubber band. She wasn't overtly rude, but "no problem, let's make the little guy happy" was not the answer I got. If poor service was the only issue, I wouldn't have gone out of my way to write this review. But after washing my shirt one time the graphic has completely peeled off like a cheap iron-on. By contrast, the shirts I've bought in the park have held up for years and they're only a few dollars more.

Note the date on my receipt: 08/01/2020... The same day of this review. Bought the shirt. BEFORE wearing it, I washed it with similar colors in COLD water to avoid heat damage. Dried it on LOWEST heat setting to avoid damage, aaaaannnnd: it's falling apart!!! ALL letters and graphics are falling off. PLEASE don't waste your money on the GARBAGE sold at this store!!!!

I'm not sure why others are saying this is a horrible shop, but when my mom and I went in, there were 2 female employees and they were so awesome! We're from Texas, and I'm sure you've heard the term: southern hospitality?... well, these 2 ladies went beyond! They were so helpful and friendly and just fun! They had some fantastic music playing and were singing along, which made me smile and join in! 🤣 they were extremely helpful and did their best to accommodate us, even going so far as checking upstairs to see if they had a certain color/pattern of a shirt I wanted to get my daughter. Wasn't able to, but she brought several options down and I picked one that was even better than the one I wanted! I wish I would have gotten names so I could personally praise them, but I know one called the other "Sis". I highly recommend this store! Not only cool shirt options, but also some wonderful cups, bottles, knickknacks, magnets, etc! Ladies, if yall ever see this, I'm sending yall a big ole Texas...
