My 13 year old niece bought a small inexpensive rock as a souvigneer for one of her brothers. 20 minutes later she rethought how much her brother would like it and wanted to return it. The store clerks and manager where snide and made her feel dumb on top of refusing to refund her $4 item. Even with the receipt they would only allow her to exchange her purchase. There was nothing else at that price point she wanted and ended up having to spend more money for something else that she really didn't want either. There is a vague sign posted regarding their return policy but what young child looks out for that type of thing and what store is so hard up for your money that they are not willing to return a $4 item to a young girl who has very little money to spend. To me this is a dishonest practice and tells me that perhaps this policy is in place because most of there items you can purchase cheaper elsewhere and they don't want you returning your items when you find them cheaper. Regardless I will not be returning to this store to purchase a much bigger and expensive item as I was planning. I will buy it elsewhere. I hope the $4 you refused to return...
Read moreWow, family just came back from here and brought back wonderful souvenirs that we absolutely love. I started looking online and I am just shocked at some of the way that the owner is talking to their customers. kind of mind-blowing the way they speak to people, saying we can't hold our customers hands and calling the people that work there dead, like what. I don't have even know, just a lil shocking. There are better ways to respond, just saying...{}........... Then you respond to my review. And wow see what I mean, yes my family did enjoy their vacation very much so but I do believe this company needs someone different to run their online persona because you are just very arrogant rude and too aggressive to deal with people.... And if you think about it it really does have something to do with me because I am every customer just the same as every customer is me you wouldn't want to be treated with disrespect either whether it be a stupid question or not....
Read moreThe owners, an elderly lady and gentlemen were very rude to myself and another customer who had asked a question about an item. The gentlemen treated me and others as if we were in his way as we shopped and the lady refused to give the other customer a straight answer and told him that their store was very competitive with other stores in town. I was so taken aback by the way the lady spoke to myself and the other customer, I decided to not purchase anything from them. I will take my business to those other stores in town. Read the other reviews about how they have treated previous customers especially with children before you decide to shop here. There are plenty of other great shops in town that treat customers with respect...
