Starbucks — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

Order and coffee and breakfast wrap. I get to the window and I see the associate just standing by a counter. After about a minute he walks away to start making my drink. Another associate comes up and looks at what the first associate was looking at. Then the associate charges me. After about 5 minutes gone by since my order they give me my drink and say the breakfast wrap will maybe be another 3 minutes, maybe 5. I asked the associate why didnt you inform me before you charged me. He didnt have an answer other than maybe 3 more minutes. I then realized they were looking at the ovens to make the food. I looked and both had red markings on the screen. They were opened for about 25 minutes and should have had them up and running and not waiting for the first order. Plus should communicate to the customer issues before charging. Since there was nothing they can do for me I left without my breakfast sandwich and they still have my money for...

Wouldn’t even give one star, it’s Christmas Eve like who hired these people? Anyway, I ordered my usual bagel and cold brew, cold brew tastes like mud water (vanilla and cream where?) I forgot to hit cream cheese for my bagel on the app. I went in to pick it up and said “is there anyway you can give me cream cheese for the bagel?
