Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa — Hotel in Hà Nội

A hidden gem on a relatively quiet street at Old Quarter. Blink and you may miss it.

One of the best decision this trip was booking a 5 night stay with Brilliant Nature Suites. Even before I arrived, the team had been extremely helpful and responsive to my queries.

It was unfortunate that my trip coincided with Typhoon Yagi. However the staff was ever so helpful to ensure I’m well prepared for the typhoon - always going out of their way to assist me. The hotel manager Nga personally brought me around on her motorbike to get supplies for the typhoon on the night I arrived. Receptionist Mya helped to resolve the projector issue in my room and went out of her way to procure some local snacks for me. Constant updates on WhatsApp regarding the typhoon situation, potential power outage and flood situation allowed me to prepare for what’s coming.

The in-house spa was a nice experience when I was stranded in the hotel with nothing to do. Pity the experience was marred by the howling sounds of the typhoon making it hard to relax and enjoy.

The hotel is located within Old Quarter making most attractions easily accessible yet allowing me to have restful nights with good sound proofing. Room was very spacious and the kitchenette was a god sent feature having been stranded in the hotel due to typhoon.

My trip would’ve turned out completely different if not for their great hospitality and I can’t be more thankful for this experience with Brilliant Nature Suites.

By far our favourite hotel in the whole world. The hospitality is top notch and the staff are so friendly and kind. Always greeting us by the doorstep with the biggest smile and even serves us drinks and cold towels when we are at the lobby area. 🤩🤩

We stayed there for 2nights and extended another 2nights after our Halongbay trip. All the rooms are nicely furnished and the bedding are super comfortable. The bedsheets and pillows are very fluffy and firm. The place is also super clean and hygienic. Love the concept of the hotel too! Would 💯 recommend all my friends to stay here if they are in Hanoi. The rooms are also fully equipped with a visualiser, kitchenette (microwave, pans & pots , kettle) and this place indeed feels like home. 🏡

The location is very convinient and there are a lot of small cafes around the vicinity. This area is quieter than the other bustling streets and we really love the peace and calm vibes from this place.

We went for the Spa too, as there was a special price and discount for hotel guests. The oil massage and 4 hand massage is really good! Tried many massage in singapore, malaysia and even thailand and i think this place is my favourite. It’s very soothing and the pressure point is just right. It is also relatively affordable for the kind of service the provides.

Me and my bf stayed for 3 days 2 nights and it was the best hotel on our whole trip in Vietnam. We were welcomed with ice herbal drinks and relaxing ambiance when checked in. The room were clean and smelled nice. It had a small kitchen with a sink, a microwave and some plates, suitable for reheating takeaways. Location was good for us since it was right at the edge of Hanoi Old Quarter, many great food spots were in walking distance.

The hotel provides airport pickup and drop off for an extra cost, highly recommended. They also have many tours and private tours that can be altered to your likings. We booked a private car for our day trip in Trang An and Bai Dinh. The car was very clean and spacious, and the driver drove really safely.

📌 -Staffs were super friendly and helpful. -There was construction next door which always started around 6am. I was having trouble sleeping. The hotel apologized and explained that they’d complained with the local council, but they couldn’t do much about it. They did offered us a free massage as compensation.
