The breakfast was really good, the facilities where clean and I really liked that they were on a different floor, so one didn't have to disturb the other guests. The common room, which is located on the top floor, is cosy and one can observe the city life from above. My brother and I enjoyed the stay and we stayed there again after our trip to Cat Ba. On the groundfloor there is a little bakery, which creates amazingly fluffy cakes (they are a bit pricier, but man it's so worth it!). The beds are rather hard, but I slept like a baby, so I can't complain at all. They even have little curtains, so you have a lot of privacy. And the blankets are warm and big, they even fit a taller traveler :-) A big compliment also to the staff who was incredibly friendly and even saved us a huge detour (thanks Martin!) by calling the bus stop and asking about the departure times (we would have driven to the wrong spot). The reception/common area, bedroom and bathrooms/toilets were located in different floors - very small indeed which made it extremely quiet (i loved it!).
