Hanoi Sisters Boutique Hotel & Spa & Travel — Hotel in Hà Nội

I kinda like the hotel. First, it’s very near the tourist attractions and there are many restaurants for me to walk in whatever I feel like. Besides, it’s located near the lake so I just walk like a few minutes to get there, no need to take a taxi. Also, there are convenient stores just in case I want to buy some snack.

For the hotel, although the room is kinda small and neat, but the bed is pretty decent and has both thin and thick blanket for anyone wants (the thick one in the closet).

The bathroom is fine too, the water is going well, strong and the water heating system is absolute good (The bidet is strong too btw). Also, the wifi is strong.

For the buffet, it has pretty decent food, each day they cook each local meal such as: Phở, Bún bò,… It also has western meal like: Egg and Bacon, bread, and a variety of fruit, 10/10 buffet for me.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely VILE. I couldn’t believe it. The headboard on the bed had wood lice in it!!!! You could hear them. It made me feel ill. The walls of the room looked fake as if I was in a caravan. There was a whole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Then a whole in the wall in the hallway. They had just pushed two single beds together and claimed it was a double. How this hotel hasn’t got a 1 star rating I do not know. The hotel manager did give us a refund. But that was expected. ABSOLUTE NO! Please think twice before booking here, me and my friend had a reservation done 1 month prior to arrival for a suite and we even confirmed the reservation the day before arrival. We got there (luckily) 2 hours before check in and they tell us the room is not available due to reparations. We were told to find another place by ourselves and asked to leave. We were basically stranded and had to make multiple calls to booking.com in order to get help because last minute places were super expensive.
