Excellent service in the Old Quarter
Service: This hotel is a hidden gem! We chose to stay here for a short birthday celebration getaway in Hanoi, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. As first-time visitors to Hanoi, we reached out to the hotel for local suggestions and room decoration inquiries, and Ms. Linh promptly contacted us via WhatsApp. She paid meticulous attention to every detail and demonstrated great flexibility in accommodating our tour schedule. Additionally, she arranged a fantastic cruise tour to Ha Long Bay for us. We must mention the exceptional service provided by Lan, who works in sales and marketing. She was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our day trip. The cruise manager and staff also provided excellent service, leaving us with cherished memories of our day trip.
Despite the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's old quarter, with its constant car horns and pollution, arriving at the hotel felt like coming home. It provided a peaceful haven amid the chaos of the city.
Spa: The collagen facial at the hotel's spa was an absolute treat. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and we even dozed off during the session! We noticed that our faces appeared slightly brighter after the facial.
Miu did an excellent job with the massage, providing a satisfying experience with medium to strong pressure. On the other hand, Ly specializes in providing a gentle and soft touch for those who prefer a lighter massage. Both of them are worth trying if you stay at this hotel.
One thing to note is that the spa area consists of only four spots and is located on the 2nd floor without a reception. It's advisable to check with the hotel reception on the 1st floor before heading to the spa. On our first day, we accidentally walked in on a couple having a massage, which surprised them. However, I promptly informed Miss Linh about the situation, and she addressed it the following day by ensuring the drapes were drawn and moving customers who arrived earlier to the back, away from the entrance door.
Overall, we highly recommend booking this hotel due to its...
Read moreThis hotel is located at a very good location at old quarter. So near to all the good eateries, Hoan Kiem lake, night market, popular cafes, to name a few . There is a good Bahn Mi eatery just opposite it.
The staff here are awesome and they stand out ,which made our stay here extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Anna contacted me months before we arrived to make the necessary arrangements for out stay in Hanoi as we had to split our days in Hanoi between two of their hotels. We were given two rooms , one was a standard queen size bed room and the other was a junior suite for our three teenage kids( much to their delight) . The standard room was clean and spacious enough for my husband and I . So glad that they have a liquid hand wash in the bathroom unlike the other sister hotel.😝 The junior suite is highly recommended as it is spacious with a nice big bathroom with a bath tub.
Breakfast was good and we liked one particular bun especially which we had on our first day of breakfast there. It was not served on the other three days after when we were there much to our disappointment. However, on the fifth day which was our last day in Hanoi, we had a quick breakfast before leaving to the airport and were pleasantly surprised that they actually made the buns especially for us! What a nice touch! Marcus, one of the staff at the restaurant served all the time with a smile and was always so attentive and kept asking is if there is anything else we would like to have. He is excellent!
Kudos to all staff at the reception too namely Anna,Daisy,Tom and Emma. They were all so helpful. We didn’t have to wait long to check-in to our rooms as well as check-out. Every questions and help needed were attended to expeditiously and always with a warm smile.
The prices of the rooms we stayed, at the apartments as well at the hotel and spa are certainly very reasonable (...

The hotel while supposedly new (we were told it was 6 months into operation) already have signs of wear and tear. Parts of the walls were stained. Furniture were not exactly in new e.g bedside table wobbly, hinge on cupboard mirror was broken.
We had to place the shampoo/body soap on the floor because the management refuse to listen to it's customers to install something to hold amenities. I also fell while coming out of the shower because the tiles were really slippery without any grip.
Whilst the food during breakfast is good, the service was a joke. The wait staff would place random utensils on the tables and he barely cleaned the tables. I have never seen the buffet being topped up before so, if you come at 9am you're basically eating leftovers.
Housekeeping would rudely and continuously knock on our door until we answered. They couldn't understand English. They also gave us re-used slippers which we threw out and then a day later decided to replace it with rubber slippers.
We were allocated the "junior suite" on the 8th floor and breakfast is on the 9th which means we had to endure chairs dragging in the morning.
I asked the front desk politely to extend our check out to 1pm but they refused without an apology. I also asked for a second card which they also refused. So far we only had 2 requests which was simple enough but both requests were turned down.
To the management, your hotel while it may look nice, it is run by jokers. Send your staff for hotel management, restaurant management and English lessons.
Quit your cost cutting and give your guests the value for what they paid for.
The only redeeming factors were the bed and pillow as well as the location.
We would never come back nor will we recommend anyone...
