My wife and I and our 4 young kids were feeling overwhelmed by all of the options looking for tour information in the old quarter. We stopped in here on a whim and are so glad that we did. Sophia was great and listened to our needs to match up a tour that worked perfectly for us. The Ha Long Bay tour was great- the kids loved seeing monkeys and stopping at a beach. Ha Long Bay is much more crowded than it was 15 years ago, but still breathtakingly beautiful and serene. A week later, we tried to track down an artist on the same street as the hotel (from the US) and Sophia went way above and beyond to find him and send us his email address. Thank you so much for helping me, I was so sick and the staff did their very best to help me recover from my travel sickness, the check in and check out was so quick, whatever you need just ask them, if they can’t help they will get help from others for you, super helpful and such nice people.||Our room was so clean, new and big too, this area is convenient in the old quarter, you gonna have buffet breakfast from the building next door and trust me you will love the breakfast here, sitting upstairs with a hot cup of tea and staff will just come out keep asking if you need more help.||Will stay here again for my next...

I normally leave my reviews until after I've booked out, but this place deserves great reviews as soon as possible. In partnership with the Artisan hotel and restaurant. Clean! Good amenities, bathrooms relatively new and kept spotless. Good beds, air-conditioning works well, staff are helpful and friendly.
