Narcissus Hotel & Apartment — Hotel in Hà Nội

I may run out of words to share how wonderful and gratifying was our experience with Narcissus hotel and their wonderful staff especially Max.

200/100.

I cannot thank them enough for accommodating my requests even before we actually stayed there.

1. they kept our luggages safe.
2. I happened to buy a lot of foods to cook because oir vacation fell during Tet, and i porbably used up all their spaces at the fridge (in advance.)
3. our car booking to and from the hotel are cheap and comfortable (even when it was waaayyy too early.)
4. OUR ROOMS are spotless clean. Thanks to the cheerful and very patient housekeeping. They are very comfortable and we were able to cook.
5. The location is quite convenient, less than 10min walk to the center.
6. Loved the Pho & Banh quon we had for breakfast.
7. Our trip to Sapa was great. He even fixed the car for us later because we had an issue with the tour agent.
8. Some of my family members brought oirnlocal currency and i didnt know we can use them, but Max was able to find a guy to exchange them to VND. Thank goodness!

Most importantly, Max was so calm and so accommodating IN EVERY SINGLE REQUEST we needed. I cannot thank him enough for the many occasions that I had to bother him. Some of them are so spontaneous and small, but he still managed to get a hold of all of them (despite him being tired and the only one left to attend to us because everyone else was off for Tet)

We had an emergency, and he was quick to help and support us from taxi transfer to bringing my relative to the nearest hospital. I ran out of money and he was quick to even lend me some. I truly cannot thank him and his staff enough. He is truly an angel. We appreciate everything that you do, and your staff.

At our stay to Sapa, he even reduced our hotel fees even if our stuff and luggages are still there. Really do not know how to thank them except wishing the hotel and its AMAZING STAFF to continue to thrive. MAY THE GOOD LORD bless you and your families for the things you do. “hospitality” industry can only do so much especially we really didnt pay much. I was able to stay in 5-star hotels, but the attention you put in to your customers is MORE THAN 5-stars! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS!

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AT A DISCOUNT

Do not trust this place. I booked 11 nights on a good deal on Agoda. All of a sudden (one week in advance) I get the message that they cannot accommodate me because there had been a fire. At the same time all the rooms were still available online at a higher rate. They kept telling the same lie, but at the same time, when my wife contacted them on Facebook under a different name, they offered her the exact room that I had, for exactly the same dates, but off course at more than double the rate.

I don’t mind paying more, but if you make an offer and I accept, they should hold up their end of the deal and not leave me and my 2 year old daughter to find a new accommodation. They didn’t even try to find a new place for me,...

I can say with 100 % honesty the location and service are both the worst I have experienced not just in hanoi but in general.

Book if you want to get lost and confused in a sea of motocycles with huge suitcases and carry them into a dark alley
