Exceptional Hosts Who Went Above and Beyond! Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. We encountered an unexpected issue with incorrect flight dates during our trip, and the lovely Couple stepped in to help us in ways we could never have imagined. They didn't only reassured us during a stressful time but also took the initiative to contact his niece, who works as a flight agent, to help us reorganize our travel plans. Their kindness and resourcefulness saved us the holiday, and we are beyond grateful. Beyond their incredible support, the stay itself was fantastic. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and very clean. The couple truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering wonderful tips about Hoi An and even sharing their favorite local spots and hidden gems. Thanks to their advice, we explored the city in the most authentic way possible. If you're looking for hosts who genuinely care about their guests, this place are a rare find.

We booked on halal booking.com response was excellent via whatsapp and platform.Lan and her husband was the most helpful showing us where local prices are charged organising much cheaper coconut boat tour. Even helped with tailor vietnamese dress for me and my mom. The family rm 301 with 2 king sized beds a TV a mini fridge. They even supplied a kettle. Everything was super clean, bathroom was spacious (compared to other accommodation) with shower not above toilet and hot water. Kids enjoyed the iguana, birds and dog pets. We enjoyed being woken up by Cockadoodle doo in the morning.Everything was very close. We also bought Vietnamese art at affordable price as they had an art gallery previously.Lan also provided bicycles to cycle. It rained intermittently but was still warm. |Thank you Lan...

We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot recommend enough! This hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are so spacious, and it’s so easy to get a good sleep (comfy beds, great AC, and so quiet!!). It’s also situated in a great location! There are fantastic tailors, leather makers, mini marts, bars and restaurants all within a 1-5 minute walk. My favourite nearby cafe was called “Zen Library” - a little library serving delish drinks, only a 5 min walk away! The old quarter / ancient town is also incredibly close. You walk about 4 - 5 minutes out of the hotel, then stroll through some gorgeous markets, and then you’re in old quarter!

The owner is also incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us get the best price for activities and bus tickets.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel at all!...
