Nhà hàng Cơm Niêu Món Huế Đèn Dầu — Restaurant in Hội An

This is the worst and most terrible Vietnamese restaurant in Hoi An 😡😡😡 I don’t understand how this place mainly serves tourists, yet the staff are extremely unprofessional and have no understanding of proper service. The first thing the staff did when we raised a concern was to show disbelief, assuming we were making things up to get free food rather than actually caring about what went wrong.

The food packaging was shockingly unhygienic and hazardous—plastic containers melted and stuck to the food, which clearly happened during preparation, not delivery. The food is extremely overpriced, which wouldn’t be an issue if the quality matched the price. For example, the chicken dish cost 150,000 VND, which is very high by Hoi An standards, but all we got were four tiny edible pieces of chicken, the rest being inedible bones like necks and wings, as shown in the photo.
