I had booked this villa on a whim 2 days earlier for an impromptu 10 day stay in Hoi An. And let me just say... I am so glad I did because this was the most perfect accomodation experience I have ever experienced!
I am seriously not exaggerating when I tell you that there was not even a single thing I could fault this place on. Every single interaction with staff members was genuine, and as other reviewers have mentioned I truly loved the family dynamic here. It felt like I truly had gotten to know everyone well. I generally detest hotel breakfast buffets, but I really enjoyed the mix of traditional and local Viet options here as well as the more Western options being available too (breads, pastries, pancakes etc.). The changing range of seasonal fresh fruit was also a delight. The room was so spacious with such nice views and the balcony - too good! Also overall very clean from the sheets down to the daily room cleaning service. It was also always calm and quiet during the night, no loud street noises at all. We also found the complimentary bikes available for use to be a surprisingly nice and convenient bonus. Also recommend the staff to book a private vehicle to the Da Nang airport as it was indeed much cheaper than the Grab we had booked for arrival.
I'm honestly really reminiscing about my stay here, and I for sure know that if I'm ever in Hoi An again, this is the place I'll be booking! For now I'll recommend it with my whole heart to anyone thinking of visiting Hoi An! Stay here, you won't be...
Read moreWhile the hotel is only small, it’s actually very well located just a short walk from both the river and the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner also has a tailor shop next door should you want clothes made. Behind the lobby is a pool, that whole small offers a changing depth that spans knee height all the way to 2m deep. They serve a buffet style breakfast each day and offer spring rolls and as fresh rolls, breads and fresh fruit along with a variety of local delicacy’s. They will also make up eggs, omelette or banana pancake if you ask. Staff are friendly and always smiling and helpful. They do t have so many rooms but the ones they have are a good size and offer good sized bed with shower and see stone bath a separate toilet, wardrobe and coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. Our room was also equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan and had a private balcony. The owner was friendly and supportive and front desk staff offered advice for first time visitors, which was helpful. All in all it’s a great little hotel, however a few small niggles happened including short supply of hot water late at night When we ran a bath but there was plenty of hot water for showers. The separate toilet and shower was a nice and practical design and the hotels rooms sit back from the road so it’s nice and peaceful. Definitely a good location. We visited while on honeymoon and they placed towels in the form of two swans and covered the bed with rose petals which...
Read moreLittle Town Villa is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of Hoi An, within walking distance from all the main attractions. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city without needing transport. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, and the highlight is definitely the beautiful, clean pool – especially peaceful and relaxing in the evening.
The staff truly elevate the experience: kind, polite, and always greeting you with a warm smile. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the essentials, including a lovely bathtub that adds a touch of relaxation. Breakfast is included and while the selection is limited, everything served is tasty and satisfying.
However, there are a couple of downsides to note. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay, which can be a major issue if you need to work remotely. Also, the building has no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs might be challenging.
Overall, it’s a lovely and affordable place for a calm stay in Hoi An, especially if you’re not reliant on strong internet connection.
PS: If you’re looking for beautiful, handcrafted custom dresses, I highly recommend visiting Tan Tan, a boutique just nearby. Their work is stunning – perfect if you want something unique and tailor-made...
