Our adult kids just stayed here for 4 days as short term stay, we rented 2 deluxe king rooms, we are staying ~+1month. These apartments are fantastic! Location is right off a main traffic circle close to everything yet the property is down an alley so very residential and quiet, the interiors are new, modern and spotless / clean, feels so good and safe, Anna the manager is so quick, friendly and responsive, and the staff are wonderful - friendly attentive and helpful and the service & cleaning is excellent! These studio apartments are spacious and beautiful, so clean you can feel it on your feet - never brings dirt into the bed, there are ample cabinets and shelves to store your things, the price point is very competitive, they provide bottled water for sale on the honor system in the lobby for guest convenience, we couldn’t be happier!

The good Excellent sound proof from the street. Laundry with detergent offered. Two small bottles everyday offered (good to brush your teeth). Close to the New World Hotel where the breakfast is excellent. Main street view but less calm I guess than the alley with with vis à vis though.

Pnday because you will miss amenities as they don't clean the room that day. Hot water takes 1:30mn to get hot. No welcome and both code pads were not working (main entrance and room). Bad view with a trash land. Only miniatures amenities for shower gel and shampoo (don't shower too much). In the middle of district 1 however location besides the river (east side) is more recommended for tourist visit.

Nice room in a good location. Clean room except the balcony is quite dirty. Unfortunately it was impossible to find and directions were not provided. I was staying two minutes away and figured it would be easy to move here, but it took me 30 minutes walking in the hot sun to find the place. Also there's no remote for the TV so it can't be used for anything, and the manager isn't answering my calls. Decent place to stay if you don't plan to use the TV at all but maybe take a taxi there as it will be a struggle to locate on foot. And don't expect responsive service if you have any problems. But still a real nice room...
