One of the most consistent reviews you’ll hear from Starbucks regulars from the states about Starbucks in Việt Nam: the drinks are not good. I concur with this review. We had a Chai Latte and Mango Refresher at this location. The refresher was just purely lemonade and the Chai Latte was lacking flavor and had an odd after taste. If you’re visiting Starbucks for their drinks, I would think again. The saving grace for this location is the interior and decor. It’s EXTREMELY spacious with plenty of parking and tables for you to enjoy. While I would not recommend studying or working here, it’s a great spot to hang out. You’ll also find a lot of couples having their first date here, so if you don’t enjoy budding love, steer clear. Overall, a solid location to hang out with questionable drink qualities. There are better cafe alternatives out there.

☕️🍵 Starbucks Coffee - New World Địa chỉ: Góc Phạm Hồng Thái & Nguyễn Thị Nghĩa, quận 1, TPHCM Giờ mở cửa: 6:30 - 23:00 Giá: 50k - 220k ( chỉ là đồ uống và bánh, còn bình thì giá hơn vậy nha ) Không gian quán: rộng, sạch sẽ. Quán có khu outside, inside & lầu 1. Khu trên lầu khá nhỏ chỉ phù hợp cho nhóm đi 4 người nhưng view trên đây thì tuyệt vời luôn nha mọi người. Nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Mà á khu bên trong lúc nào cũng đông, khá ồn ào Nhân viên: Theo cảm nhận của mình thì mấy anh chị dễ thương, nhanh nhẹn lắm Hôm nay hứng rủ bạn đi Strabucks uống nước chơi, mình tính vào Starbucks ở SaiGon Centre để uống được cái trà mới của Starbucks, tại do mình đọc ba chớp ba nhoáng nên không biết Starbucks New World cũng có. Tới nơi gửi xe thì mới biết Starbucks New World cũng có. Lúc mình vào thì chỗ quầy order vắng nên thật sự thoải mái khi lựa món lắm. Mình đi hai người, bạn mình thì order Vanilla Cream ( 100k) , còn mình thì kêu Hibiscus Tea ( Fruit Tea Garden ) ( 120k ), món mới của Starbucks ( còn tới 2 loại nữa nha, hình mình để ở dưới nha ) và 1 phần bánh Double Cheese Bagel + Cream Cheese ( 50k) . Ôi Vanilla Cream thì khỏi bàn tới rồi thức uống có vẻ nói là ngon nhất của Starbucks. Sau khi order xong Hibiscus thì mình lo ngại sợ uống không quen. Nhưng không trái lại với mình suy nghĩ, ngon tuyệt vời. Món trà này hợp cho mùa hè này đấy, uống vào mát lạnh luôn. Món mới của Starbucks kì này trên cả tuyệt vời luôn. Có kèm theo một ly nhỏ và theo mình là cái muỗng hai đầu 😂, ly nhỏ là để mọi người rót ra uống còn cái kia là múc dâu, cam ăn á. Có tới 2 loại chanh trong đó, mọi người cẩn thận nha, kẻo lại ăn lầm giống em huhu 😭. Còn về phần bánh, đây có vẻ là loại bánh mình thích. Bánh được mấy anh chị nhân viên hâm lại nóng hổi, chét cream cheese ăn chung. Ôi mẹ béo, béo béo ngọt ngọt còn gì tuyệt vời bằng nữa. À ngoài ra Starbucks còn có High Tea Food Set ( 180k ). Được tới 6 loại bánh, nãy mình sơ suất nên không thấy nên không order được. Nói chung mọi người bỏ 120k uống thử nước mới rất xứng đáng nha. À nước mới hiện tại chỉ có mặt tại các chi nhánh sau: New World, mPlaza, Crescent Strip, Estella bên cạnh SaiGon Centre và Rex ❤️

Visited this place 2 times in 1 month and I decided will not come back here anymore. How does a big brand train the staff like that? From outside, the security guys are really lazy, ask us to park by ourself, just gave the ticket and took the ticket then left. No any support or say thanks. Besides that the shop should have something to cover the bikes for customers. No trees, no cover, after visiting around 2 hours, our bike is nearly burn.. Really hard to sit. From inside, I know that's crowded but doesn't mean you can throw the straw to the customer like that. And the bar is really dirty, the staff did it so careless which made the syrup, milk, ice cups,.. everywhere, like a mess, and then you put our drink on that place without any cleaning.. 2 guys in my photos served customers so badly. When calling our name, give the drink by putting there and throw the straw to the desk in the rude way. Last time I came, they even throwed my drinks and my stuff without asking although we were going to buy a cup after drinking ~1/5 only. When we came back to the seats and asked where were our drinks and my stuff? The guy said "I throwed them to the trash".. No sorry, no apologize, he said will make anothers for us then came to the guy on the left and said something. Then when he left, that guy prepared new drinks for us but gave us in the rude way, put them in front of my Mom and then left. Sorry we don't need new drink, we have enough money to buy ours, so we have enough money to buy anothers. Just got angry because you throwed our stuff like a trash! And the end, I ordered less sweet, the glasses guy said "Yes yes ok" and then .. made a normal one!

At 11:45 p.m. on January 31, I bought two lced Shaken Hibiscus Tea with Pomegranate Peals with two packets of diet sugar and everything was fine until received my drink. The Starbucks employees put 2 packets of diet sugar straight into a cold drink? I wonder how it can dissolve. It didn't stop there, the barista's attitude and handling of my problem really made me so DISAPPOINTED. He simply took my cups, added sugar water and handed it straight to me without bothering to close the lid. I had to fiddle with the lid of my glass FOR 5 MINUTES and it seemed like all the staff there probably didn't even know about my presence? When I just asked him to get me a tissue, he asked me to get it myself because it was already set up over there! Disappointing experience from the drinks to the service attitude and the way the staff handled situations!!

The team at the counter were wonderful. Very cheerful, wanted to hear where I was from and speak some English, and all smiles. Of course the coffee was great too, that's the main reason I go there. But today I had issues with Wi-Fi. They seem to have a new system that is Wi-Fi and membership at the same time. It just kept kicking me out and asking me to log in again and again, so I got nothing done at all. Then they kept raising the automatic curtains so it was too bright by my chair and when I moved downstairs it was very hot. I think there were so many people that the AC just couldn't handle it. Great place to go if you're young and want to be seen in a loud fun environment. Bad place to go if you want to have fast Wi-Fi and get some work done quietly in a cool environment.
