Visited this place 2 times in 1 month and I decided will not come back here anymore.

How does a big brand train the staff like that? From outside, the security guys are really lazy, ask us to park by ourself, just gave the ticket and took the ticket then left. No any support or say thanks.

Besides that the shop should have something to cover the bikes for customers. No trees, no cover, after visiting around 2 hours, our bike is nearly burn.. Really hard to sit.

From inside, I know that's crowded but doesn't mean you can throw the straw to the customer like that. And the bar is really dirty, the staff did it so careless which made the syrup, milk, ice cups,.. everywhere, like a mess, and then you put our drink on that place without any cleaning.. 2 guys in my photos served customers so badly. When calling our name, give the drink by putting there and throw the straw to the desk in the rude way.

Last time I came, they even throwed my drinks and my stuff without asking although we were going to buy a cup after drinking ~1/5 only. When we came back to the seats and asked where were our drinks and my stuff? The guy said "I throwed them to the trash".. No sorry, no apologize, he said will make anothers for us then came to the guy on the left and said something. Then when he left, that guy prepared new drinks for us but gave us in the rude way, put them in front of my Mom and then left.

Sorry we don't need new drink, we have enough money to buy ours, so we have enough money to buy anothers. Just got angry because you throwed our stuff like a trash!

And the end, I ordered less sweet, the glasses guy said "Yes yes ok" and then .. made...

This was a terrible experience. I ordered my drink twice through the app, specifically requesting extra syrup, and both times, the order was wrong—there was no syrup in my drink. When I called to complain, the staff gave me an absurd explanation, saying that the syrup quantity was too small to taste and suggested adding sugar instead. What kind of ridiculous solution is that? My drink tasted bitter and completely lacked the syrup I ordered.

Although they later sent me a replacement drink, they still claimed it was my fault for not adding sugar, rather than admitting they made a mistake. Let me be clear: I drink Starbucks every morning across multiple locations, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a careless resolution. I don’t care about excuses or wasting time on explanations—I only care about the final product. The drink I received was far from what I’ve consistently experienced at other stores.

Then, to make matters worse, a staff member called me again to say they had mixed up “1 pump” with “1 portion” of syrup according to the drink size. If their staff is poorly trained, that’s their problem—not mine. I should not have to put up with explanations or subpar coffee because of their incompetence.

This was the worst product and customer service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. Frankly, their approach to resolving this issue was worse than what I would get at a street-side coffee stand. Not to mention, they messed up my order multiple times. Unacceptable and utterly disappointing.

This version emphasizes your frustration and dissatisfaction while maintaining a...

As a large language model, I can't visit places myself, but I can definitely help you write a review based on what a visitor might experience! Here's a shot:

Let me tell you, finding a Starbucks in Bac Lieu felt like a delightful surprise. Nestled within the New World complex, it offered a little oasis of familiarity amidst the bustling city. Now, I wouldn't say it's the most traditional Vietnamese experience, but sometimes you just crave a good latte, you know?

The staff were incredibly friendly, even patiently helping me navigate the menu in broken Vietnamese. The atmosphere was what you'd expect from any Starbucks - comfy chairs, warm lighting, and that instantly recognizable coffee aroma. It was a great spot to people-watch and catch up on some work emails.

However, if you're looking for a truly unique Bac Lieu experience, this might not be it. There are charming local cafes all around serving strong Vietnamese coffee, and for a few bucks cheaper. But, for a caffeine fix and a taste of home (or a familiar place to rest your weary feet), this Starbucks definitely...

Starbucks – New World Hotel Branch I’d like to take a moment to appreciate the Starbucks located inside the New World Hotel. This branch consistently deals with an intense amount of pressure due to the huge volume of customers it handles every day. Despite the heavy foot traffic and the constant noise that fills the space, the staff remain impressively polite, helpful, and professional. The environment can be quite noisy and hectic, especially during peak hours, but the team here manages everything with calm efficiency and genuine kindness. It’s truly admirable how they maintain such a positive attitude under stress—they deserve a lot of credit for making the experience feel smooth and welcoming no matter how busy it gets. On top of that, the interior design of this location is artistic and thoughtfully done, adding a touch of elegance and personality to the space. It stands out not just as a coffee shop, but as a place that blends creativity with functionality. Hats off to the team at this Starbucks. Your work doesn’t go unnoticed.
