New Sunny Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

My overnight stay was booked by Sinh Tourist,an agency located 3 doors down the road from this lodge.|The fact of convenience is not in question as I had a 6am start next morning.|The all disaster hell night started at 10pm when I returned to my room and by surprise all the full blast noise pollution from the surrounding bars was coming straight into the room despite closed windows.|Do not expect insulation or soundproofing but isnt the basic need of a traveller to sleep?|To my dismay despite of reporting to reception I was told others do not complain why do you?|Others choose to stay as they get pissed at one of the bars and any intoxicated bloke will have no clue what is happening once they collapse.|I was asked to wait for the manager to find a solution.|I was waiting while at the same time I was told they were full.|After having to come down to reception and wait for 30 minutes for the "manager" I was told by the newcomer he was not the manager and that he has been 2 weeks on the job unable to assist.|What a farse!|I checked booking.com and I saw a room available at a fraction of the price I paid but I walked all floors and the noise was the same as on my floor.|Returned to my room and decided to have a hot shower to ease off the tension.|No hot water as it is mentioned in many reviews.|The music eased off at 4.30am!!|I closed my eyes for just 2 hours and rushed to grab the breakfast available on the 7th floor that was 1 bahn mi size roll 1 fried egg,1 vietnamese black coffee and 1 banana.|No complaint on the type of breakfast but ants were all over the sugar container.|I checked out and I wonder how on earth licences for lodging are issued when the basic purpose is not offered.|Prepayment was required and there is no way to be refunded.|Even reviews like this will not stop other victims as some positive reviews posted sound and read similar.|Have you questioned the authenticity of those posts?|This decorative print was on...

i had booked one night but was due to arrive early so the hotel told me to book an extra night for 6/8 hours before which i did. i arrived around 6:00 am and staff said they rented my hotel to someone else. so double booking. I just had to drink coffee somewhere and they would call me when someone checked out so after 2 hours I was called. my bags were in the lobby and asked if he would look after them.
