Fancy Sapa Hostel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

First off, the premises are clean, well kept, and the wifi is good if you need to work. There's really nothing more you can ask for in terms of facilities.

The family that runs the hostel are wonderfully kind. I arrived very tired and cold and they gave me tea no questions asked. I needed a way to get from Sa Pa to Luang Prabang and they booked and waited for the bus with me.

There were some issues with the ticketing agency where I was told I wouldn't have a seat. No big deal, but the owners spoke to the bus driver and worked things out anyway. No reason for them to do all that but they're just really nice people and would absolutely recommend...

We originally booked a room for 3 nights 1.5 months prior to the check-in date. When we came here, I was astonished when the owner told me that I could stay for just 2 nights as they let another group of tourists stay here because of some mistakes. But after that, they helped me to find another hostel, although I knew that it’s hard to find a cheap room during National holidays, I must say that the hostel they found was too bad. I think they preferred tourist groups to independent travelers like us, so they were willing to do so. I had nothing to say, so...

Fabulous stay here. We arrived at 5am after our sleeper bus and we were able to check in early (and quickly) as we arrived and get some rest after our bad nights sleep. We had the best nights sleep here in our whole month traveling so far. The BEDS were HEATED which was such a game changer and kept us so warm as it was very cold when we arrived. We were also able to get laundry done during our stay and have such a comfortable and warm rest. The staff is kind and helpful and just so sweet. Highly reccomend...
