Greenstreat Albury — Restaurant in New South Wales

This was my first time trying greenstreet and I had heard nothing but good things about it but I'm sad to say my experience left me with nothing but disappointment. I ordered a chicken caesar burrito without the optional added bacon for an extra $3 as I don't eat pork. The wrap I received not only contained bacon, but a good portion of it. On top of this the ingredient portioning in the wrap was not great, half of the wrap was taken up by parmesan, more than the amount of chicken in it, and there was a sliver of lettuce and about one slice of egg at the very top. My partner who is a fan of bacon and also tried the wrap agreed that he loves flaky parmesan but that there was too much and it was overpowering. Overall was quite disappointed considering all the positive attention this restaurant gets, especially as the restaurant was quiet (only me and my partner) at the time so there should be no excuse for mixing up order details or general...

Greenstreat used to be our fav place to go to but just like all our much loved places. The family workers replace themselves with underage teens and the food area where they make it for you is sloppy, old 'like' brown avocado, mixed into other food trays and not made with the same love, dirty! As soon as a business saves money on hiring underage teens, the quality drops in service, food and hygiene (where they make the food not them personally). It's as if they are being lazy and leaving the mess for the next shift. We sadly refuse to go back now. Long time customers but lately we've been stung too much. Conclusion: fast service and teens makes for poor...

OMG

This was the best find ever. My friend (and colleague) and I were staying in town while working Henty Field days, with my own business (HOT BAG HEAT BAGS).

Found GREENSTREAT by chance, while parking near the chemist.

OMG... it has the BEST FOOD EVER.

We ate every night for the week. The serving was so generous. It did us for lunch the next day, too!!!

As a result, I have changed my at home eating menu too.

Thanks so much for such an awesome venue, staff and FOOD.

PLEASE open up closer to Benalla.
