💎 Hidden Treasure! Exceptional Vietnamese Flavors with a Refined Touch
I recently dined at sen and was thoroughly impressed by their creative take on Vietnamese cuisine. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegant and inviting, making it ideal for a special meal.
The “nha trang” cuttlefish was a standout—tender, delicately seasoned, and beautifully presented. The texture was perfect, with a slight smokiness that paired wonderfully with the accompanying sauce. Equally memorable was the “grilled pork jowl🐷” which was melt-in-your-mouth tender, rich in flavor, and balanced by subtle sweet and savory notes. Both dishes showcased the kitchen’s skill in elevating traditional ingredients with modern techniques.
“Van dinh “duck an absolute masterpiece 🏆
Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff’s knowledge of the menu added to the experience. If you’re looking for Vietnamese cuisine with a refined twist, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their...
Read moreThis is just my experience And I have never felt the need to leave a Google review before for a restaurant but I left unbelievably disappointed with this restaurant. I took my wife there for our anniversary and were charged over $300 for a set menu four course meal & 3 drinks. I understand that it’s fine dining and we have eaten at plenty of fine dining restaurants in the past but the portions were way too small and we weren’t given any rice with our Courses. The food was nice and The atmosphere was good and the staff were polite, but it took us 20 minutes just to get a drink when we first arrived. We were served a desert with unripe Sour bananas in it that we couldn’t finish and after complaining they did try to make up for, but we wanted to leave. Vietnamese is my Favorite food and like I said, this is just my opinion but I just found it very overpriced for...
Read moreWe stumbled across SEN Vietnamese one evening and were genuinely impressed. It’s a newer addition to Albury’s dining scene, but it already feels like a standout.
The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully styled, ideal for a relaxed and enjoyable night out. The team were warm and attentive, striking just the right balance of service.
Our mains were fresh, full of flavour, and thoughtfully presented. The highlight, though, was my dessert, banana fritters, coconut crusted and a homemade ice cream. It was outstanding. Light, crisp, and not overly sweet, a perfect end to the meal.
SEN is a gem for anyone looking for high-quality Vietnamese cuisine in a quiet, comfortable setting. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend...
