Aurora - Tides of Treasure — Attraction in Albury

Much improved from last year's Astronaut flop. We went on a rather warmish evening, I think on the cooler evenings when the fog stays longer and you can see your own breath the lasers for this show would be best (and it would have more magical feel) if you are trying to decide on when to go. Lots more space and less getting clumped up at certain zones this year which was nice. The ocean theme was fun and kids really like the storyline (I read each board out to my kids). Only downside was they didn't incorporate the kids park dinosaur into something like a sea dragon or something. My kids looked forward to seeing it, but it was not part of the display this year. Last night was a truly amazing experience, the event just gets better every year. Last night we had 3 generations of our family go to this awesome place, everyone absolutely loved it. Totally mesmerising display that never ceases to impress. There were people of all ages attending the event and everyone was blown away by the sheer imagination of the artists who set up the display. My only problem, was that I didn't have my video on when we first entered, but I'm pretty certain that most people are going to be impressed by the video I took. It's definitely worth watching out for it later this week and then next year, when we'll have 4 generations of our family attending the event and it always promises to impress and only getting...

2024 - New theme - "Lost Astronaut". Loved the story. Found all four missing parts. Loved the lighting effects. Our lovely dinosaur always looks fantastic. That being said, I feel that this effort was on par with the 2022 exhibit. So if the space theme lighting effects could be improved for next year I feel that this would be as wonderful as last year (see below). Well done to the team.

2023 - Absolutely loved it. New and improved show. Would be happy to pay twice as much. Will go again...
