I bought hand sanitizer, and upon inspecting it in my car, I noticed a manufacturing defect. I returned to the shop and showed the issue to the girl working there. She mentioned that it wouldn’t affect its use and tried to downplay the fault. Finally, in a rather high tone, she asked if I wanted a refund. When I said yes, she responded, “You should have asked for it first.” In my opinion, when I pointed out the fault, she should have politely inquired whether I preferred a refund or an exchange. Great family owned store the staff are allways polite and very friendly. It is allways clean and your allways greeted with a smile and a hello. They have an excellent range of everything from the laundry to the kitchen which is fantastic. They even have obscure things needed for apartment living like specialised light bulbs and batteries for your key sensors. As far as inner city convenience stores go there prices are just amazing on most of the everyday consumable items they match or are even cheaper than Woolworrhs or Coles so it's a definite 5 stars...

DO NOT BUY - FAKE VAPES & RIP OFF SERVICE. I bought an Alibabar Strawberry Chupa Chups vape and was given a weird coffee flavour instead (that was named strawberry chupa chups). The logo and battery display looked different — clearly not genuine. When I went back 10 minutes later, the man who sold it refused to exchange it for a different brand, unless I paid another $15.
