Have been working across the street for about 18 months and so glad they are there. Chris and her magic team are friendly, funny and hard working. I have only just discovered their Bahn Mi rolls - either Traditional or Pork, and they are the best. Very tasty with tender meats, crisp pickled carrot, the most beautiful Vietnamese pate and other traditional yummy ingredient wrapped in a warm and crusty roll. I would say they are definitely one of the best Bahn Mi rolls I have had (and we recently came back from a holiday I. Vietnam…) For $9.50, you can’t go wrong at all. Have had their special noodle bowls (either in a Vietnam or a Thai style) where you pick your protein (grilled beef is yum). Delicious and really reasonable for $13 My other go to is their chicken Caesar salad from the self-serve fridge - for $11.50, it makes a satisfyingly tasty lunch for a very reasonable price. Their catering platters are also top notch, and Chris was happy to discuss dietary requirements and requests for the platters so we got exactly what we needed. Cannot recommend The Kitchen...
