The shopping is amazing, clean, good structure, middle of the city with the connection with public transport, descent bars and restaurant for Perth community......BUT, the supermarket over there from a very stablished brand (Coles) is not 24/7 available for locals and tourists who are in the middle of town and the security group is in total need of training related to customer service which some of them are very rude, don't know how to speak polite and respectful with customers and just my opinion, I have the impression if you are not dressed up like a business person, but on casual style, some of them target you like you are a danger for the environment. I had a situation which I am quite upset about it...I was with fitness style clothes, bought some snacks at coles where I am regular customer, had a seat on a little stair near to the outside where used to be Chilliz on William St. A security, Indian background with a closed face crossed me once, twice and on the third time came to me and said, "If you wanna eat properly, go to the food court, please" and I answered "Really, Can't I seat here?" He said, "No, you can't" and repeated the sentence again as I hadn't listened him...and I said "Alright Sir". By the time that I was standing up, I think he sent a radio already calling another female security to speak to me as I hadn't listened what he said twice where I clearly did and moved to the food court. Well, I work with customer service for more than 14 years, and I got impresssed about that....So, just a few tips for the management: 1- if the stablishment don't want people seating around, put clear signs saying it because if there is nothing there, we cannot gess. 2 - IMPROVE the skills of communication of your employees because doesn't matter which job you are doing, but if you don't have the ability how to communicate clearly and respectfully with people, you going to be noticed and those behaviors have an impact on the customers and we have voice to share those unpleasant experiences. ...

The underground level where the vault is is just magnificant , secure, tidy, and comfortable. You are allowed to bring the box out and go to your private room to take your time in accessing your items.
