After my first treatment, which I found quite painful, I developed frostbite in two spots on my sides, “a rare side effect”. I had to have a day off work, have the burns dressed for over a week to protect the blisters and rest for the weekend, walking was painful for several days after. The Manager said she would reimburse me for the cost of the cream, antibiotics etc to treat my burns. She also had an extra meeting with my Husband and I to manage my future treatments to gain the best results possible. I went for my 2nd treatment & developed freezer burn again that didn’t turn to Frostbite because my Husband recognised it was burnt and started treating it as soon as we got home, the Manager who was doing the procedure knew this had happened and placed a warm towel on just that spot but said nothing. My husband even questioned the Manager whilst I was getting re-dressed & she still didn’t acknowledge it was freezer burn. As we left the Manager told me she would ring to check on me the next day but no phone call came, immediately after we got home my Husband started the same treatment that we had done for my previous freezer burns. We ended up sending them an email 11 days after the treatment as we had not had any follow up phone calls & we wanted to let them know I suffered freezer burn again & to ask about my reimbursement as we had not heard from them. We received an email from the Manager letting us know she had been in touch with their accounts/legal team about my reimbursement and assured us that it would be finalised by the end of January, next thing I know I have received a 6 page non disclosure agreement to sign in order to get $79.72 back. However if I signed this “contract” I would not be able to leave this review or let people know that the procedure did not work for me, $3000...

If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Firstly after booking my appointment in cash it wasn't filed correctly and they lost evidence that I had paid.

After a couple weeks they finally recovered the money that was paid and worked out everything.

If that wasn't stressful enough, my first microneeding appointment with them was rescheduled due to them not having supplies.

After this experience of them losing my money and cancelling appointment they kind enough to offer me a skin care pack they said they could give me and I would pick it up in store as an apology however, when I went to the store. The lady had no idea what I was on about and had to call someone on there day off to find out.

After waiting for awhile, I finally got that skin care package 😄😄. That wasn't a package and just turned out to be one mini product.

And After all of this.......

My appointment was going to be a reschedule again from them because of starting issues.

Obviously after all this, I had had enough and I wanted a refund but apparently I'm not able to get a refund because of store policies. That I never agreed upon because I paid in cash and never knew.

This morning I get an email regarding the appointment that was apparently cancelled because they had staffing issues and in the email states that they do give refunds.

This whole experience has been beyond ridiculous.

I just want my money back hopefully that happens I would highly suggest that no one book with this company.

I have no idea where there other reviews come from about professionalism. Possibly they could give good services don't know. It's been difficult obtaining those and I definitely do not want to after...
