Receptionist has no professionalism and ethics. She doesnāt have any knowledge of healthcare I think. She just only know copy paste answer. That is not right place for her cause she is working in healthcare center and she has no value of someone life. If someone die in front of her she might have say, ā if itās an emergency call 000, we have long appointments here .ā This is not a medical service, you should learn how to take step while someone life is in danger. The scenario was I went to couple of medical center, none of them has doctor. Then I come here for a tetanus shot. In the meantime 5 hours has gone without this vaccine. If someone affected by tetanus there is no medical cure. I told her my life is in danger and I need the vaccine as soon as possible. She just said her copy paste answer. However, I am really thankful to the pharmacist who has taken stepped when I went to the pharmacy section. She is very professional and I really appreciate her helping. From my bottom of my heart huge respect and love for her....

I called and asked for an urgent appointment to see any GP (at level 1 or level 5 Westfield) as I had fainted twice that day and needed to see a GP asap. She insisted that they are fully booked out despite how urgent my case was. It is hard to believe that between 10+ doctors and two medical centres, there isnāt 10min to spare for an Emergency appointment. It is very disappointing to see patients being treated like a number, rather than actually caring about their health.
I called my health level 2, which was also fully booked out but the receptionist staff still asked me to come in immediately and they fit me in for one of the doctors to see me as a matter of urgency. Iām switching centres now to Level 2 as they are way more flexible and their staff / doctors actually care about...

Today I have visited the medical center I have field ignore youthe form at 2.45pm Tuesday 2020 They even told me they have two doctors on site and told me to wait. Because I told them I have chest pain then they say to me that the doctors are to booked out for today.that is not right
The comment they posted is a lia I spoke to the receptionist and explained that I had pain on my chest but she still did not respond to my problem she did not know how to communicate as I was asking her to get me The doctor or the nurse but she started talking in chines to her colleague she completely ignore me then started to look after the new patients.
