Sindbad's Kebab & Pizza — Local services in Sydney

As a tourist in town I was relying on recommendations from locals as to a decent kebab close to my hotel. Was pleased to find Sinbad nearby and their menu range was fabulous. As a small crowd was gathering to order I hurried to order my kebab, adding chips and baklava. The young male waiter taking my order was very polite - but as he went to process my payment, the much older manager took over and proceeded to take my order without so much as a comment. When I was called to collect my order I realised that for the same amount I could have picked up a soft drink, so politely asked the manager that as I had effectively ordered the combo amount could I please grab a drink from the fridge, to which Voldemort replied, it was too late I should have done it earlier. I asked again, stressing I had not seen the combo offer and the amount was the same - and told again, it was too late and I should have checked properly. Seriously?? I then politely said thats not the best customer service, to which Voldemort said ' well thats too bad'.

I left as the onlookers said and did nothing. TBH, after walking out, I just badly for the poor waiter stuck with the Dark Load for his entire shift.

So I took my family there tonight for a lovely dinner an I ordered the following 2x mixes kebabs 2x serves of the nuggets a chips an 2x of the snack packs for me an the wife toke my 4 (2-younger 2-older ) children there for a dinner while we stay away for our Sydney trip an was most terribly disappointed with the serivce an the quality of the food the kebaks sauce leaked all threw the bag an were cold the snack pack had literal charcoal threwout the box an the meat was half raw very pink in the middle and the nuggets an chips well ... The chips were soggy an so oil soaked it was disgusting an the nuggets were hard to bite as if they were still frozen now to top it off one son is hugging the bowl with food posioning An the other is very bad pains (kebabs) I wish I could rate this review 0 but the internet says I must give a star please avoid this place a please don't not support the person is rude an rushes your order an the the food...

Absolutely shocking; I'm a lover of the halal snack pack but what I received today was disappointment in a box. It was advertised $9.95 and I was charged $12.95. The meat was cold, the chips was stale, there was no cheese, the garlic sauce was watery yoghurt. I have never seen a place so stingy with sauce and Macca's charge 20c a pack. I am appalled by the lack of quality and effort in this meal. The bloke behind the counter refused to hand me a fork til I had to physically reach over the counter to grab a plastic fork. I've never been so disrespected in my life and I've been cheated on twice. I hereby declare this monstrosity of a restaurant a joke. You will be reported to...
