Upon arrival, we were told that the room was in another building, and the internet did not work. The hotel staff was very cold and no solutions were provided. It was raining and we asked for an umbrella so we could walk around. You let us one... broken. I say no more. As for the facilities, in the hallway there was no light, in fact there was no light in the room building, so at night, it was complicated and scary to move around. The bathroom had absolutely no working ventilation, the sink leaked and the shower didn’t drain well. There was a constant buzz from the hallways. There was almost no cleaning done during the 6 days I had to stay there. There is no one at the desk (which is in the other hotel across the street) at night if there are problems. I could have forgiven a lot of this but the WiFi was abysmal. Incredibly slow (open network undoubtedly shared by all the neighbours) and constantly cutting out. If you just need a place to sleep for one night you could maybe find it acceptable but otherwise...
