I’m very happy with my visit to Babor Beauty Spa! I had two appointments booked at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM due to limited availability. But when I arrived on the day of the visit, the team arranged everything so that I could receive both treatments back-to-back, without having to wait. Such thoughtful care for their guests!

They selected treatments tailored to the condition and needs of my skin. The Swiss pine oil massage was also amazing! Huge thanks to the entire team, and especially to the therapist Dana. I’ll gladly come back next time I’m in Vienna. Thank you! ❤️

I recently had my first experience at BABOR BEAUTY SPA Wien, and I must say that the initial treatment was good. The staff member who attended to me was friendly and pleasant. However, there was a slight issue with the pricing. I was sold the lifting package for 109 euros, but upon checking later, I discovered that the same package could be purchased elsewhere for only 76 euros.

Such unprofessional staff and very uncomfortable service. When you are having service in private room another staff always coming inside. There is no key at the door. They open directly. No privacy.they don’t care privacy. Also they give every time different and unexpert staff. When I book one specific staff they always say she is sick. How come ?!
