Mother & the bull — Restaurant in Vienna

I gave 2 stars only because of my husband who liked the chili burger he ordered. If judging upon my experience, unfortunately, I can say it was the worst I experienced in my Vienna trip. I could carefully say that the restaurant has no service, I cannot call the waiters attitude a service, sorry. The waiters were rude, didn't suggest any help understanding the menu, didn't offer any side dishes, didn't smile and even looked a bit angry or upset. Worse, after ordering I wanted to change our sit (at first, we sat on the bar - but didn't like to see the waiters angry faces), no waiter even thought to help me moving the drinks, so I needed to take all my stuff, including the drinks, and move them by myself 🤦, while all the waiters just looked at me. About the food, the steak didn't looked a 350 grams piece and it wasn't a medium well as I asked, instead it looked more like well done. Also, Instead of the sweet potatoes I ordered, I got french fries 🤦. Finally, as a "successful" end, when the waiter brought us the bill, he stayed near to us until we paid, it seems that he thought we are going to run without paying. I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at this sophisticated venue on a November evening. From the moment of arrival, the visual impact was remarkable, with a space characterized by a unique design that lends distinctive elegance to the concept of a steakhouse.

The culinary offering revolves around a wide selection of beef, although the lack of sufficient exposure to other types of meat could be seen as an area for improvement. Nevertheless, the presentation and quality of the served meat are undoubtedly top-notch, providing aficionados of fine dining with an appreciable experience.

Regarding the service, I must express a slight disappointment. Despite the presence of a limited number of patrons, the wait was slightly prolonged, affecting the overall fluidity of the gastronomic experience.

Lastly, concerning the financial aspect, the bill presented for our table of four was reasonable, fairly balancing the cost between the consumption of drinks and dishes.

Im a Tourist who came to visit Wien for the first time and i came across this restaurant by luck, with ofcourse using the top rated restaurants in Wien first district and i found out that my Trip got 200% better because of this amazing Restaurant, food and amazing Customer Service! For me the food was one of the nicest in Wien, with the beautiful Dry Aged Steak and the aroma that comes with it, and ofcourse the Service and the quality of the restaurant was on another level!
