Tourist-Info Wien — Local services in Vienna

We found the Vienna hop on and hop off yours a complete racket. We were sold flexipasess with 2 visits. We only got I visit. We got on a bus and asked to purchase tickets. We were told to wait for a salesperson. A lady got on and sold us the passes. We were told at the Schonbronn Palace that the bus ride was apparently one of the visits and this was confirmed at the Kunshistorische Museum the next day The sales person was a sales lady who got on the bus We ended up paying over 350 euro for 2persons. She was either a fake or was seeing to her commission I have NEVER had this sort of experience at any other hop on and hop off bus anywhere else in the world. The number of different tickets offered are totally confusing. If you book a tour to Hallstatt with 7travel, I would recommend doing it either with another or on your own. I did not like that they made us stop so many times in restaurants when if it was for bathroom brake or to buy snacks, we could have stopped at a gas station. In one of the restaurants (that was really expensive) one member of staff was really rude. In Hallstatt, also locals were rude, and keep in mind I was not doing anything wrong. I also did not like that they stopped for petrol during the tour when they could have done that in the 3 hours we had in Hallstatt. Too many stops for such a long trip. I go there Tuesday to ask what to see for three days! The guy there give us very confused information!!! He said what is closed this days and to go other days! But when we passed throw this museum we see its open!!!! Told us only a few things to see!!! There is so much! I received better information from reception girl from our hotel ! With everything what we have to see and food what to try and etc…. I travelled a lot and always use tourist information and so bad experience...
