My friend and I ordered a basic Shisha for 35 manat, expecting better service and ambiance compared to cheaper spots. It took a while to arrive, and when our third friend joined, he had to stand for nearly 20 minutes despite us requesting a seat in advance.

After moving inside, the staff became inattentive. Initially, they replaced the coal regularly, but after 30–40 minutes, the Shisha started tasting burnt. Despite multiple requests, it took them 10 more minutes to change the coal, by which time the Shisha was ruined. They then insisted we pay another 35 manat for a replacement, claiming we had used it for over an hour.

After a long argument, they reluctantly replaced it for free. The second Shisha lasted two hours because they finally paid attention and changed the coal regularly.

It seems their approach is to offer good service initially, then neglect customers so they’re forced to reorder. The Shisha quality wasn’t worth the price, and the staff lacked warmth or hospitality. We took the set menu but actually i didn’t like it! 3 or 4 kind of cheese 🧀 but they are all stinky and taste strange maybe they are goat cheese or fresh from the cow!! Some of them maybe butter or cream! But no taste! I liked only the salty one with black seeds 😅and the honey and jam are good 👍🏻
