The food was good, but the staff ruined the experience.
We arrived at 21:20, only to be told they were "already closing." (They are supposed to close at 22). Seriously? If you're going to stop serving or start kicking people out 40 minutes early, change your hours on Google and on the door so people avoid wasting time going there.
Luckily, at least we managed to get some leftovers of the day (how generous) because they couldn't make new rolls anymore as they were already closing, but when we asked to sit outside, they refused, claiming again they were closing. It was 21:28 when we left with our rolls in hand in a take away box. Meanwhile, other customers were still sitting outside, eating. So what’s the logic here? Selective closing based on vibes? This is really ridiculous, why just not say that we had to leave by 22 as they would close?
Advice for the future: either run your business properly or change the opening hours to be coherent with what's saying on Google and on your door. Being turned away while others are still enjoying their meals feels lazy, and...
Read moreDear knees to chin,
I love your food, i love the concept of your restaurants and i love their atmosphere. Mostly the people who work there have been very nice as well. I like the choice and the fact your menu is not overcomplicated and too much and the food is always ready in a flash.
So I plead you. Please oh please stop working with uber eats. The food almost never arrives as it should if it arrives at all. I already stopped using uber eats alltogether but my girlfriend ordered through uber eats because we were both exhausted from work.
We never got our order. There is no customer support or anything we can do about it. Well you gave the food to uber eats so it's not your problem, right?
Well no, wrong. You decide to work with uber eats and i'm sorry it is a scummy company. The complaints i have for them would make this already long review too long.
So please look into this.
Regards from an otherwise very happy but now extremely cranky and hungry...
Read moreThis place feel like a new kid on the block. Feels popular mainly because it’s new, but that’s about it. The restaurant is labelled as fusion with some very UN-Vietnamese ingredients. There seems more emphasis in the rice paper rolls. Some items are bizarre such as sweet potato or bacon filled rice paper rolls. Flavour was ok but I’m not sure there is a need to add such weird ingredients to already amazing cuisine. I tried the mince pork Udon bowl. It’s a small portion compared to the price(€13) so not for when you’re hungry, more for a light lunch or snack. I must admit I was annoyed to find my advertised coriander was replaced with parsley. So the fusion seems to be an excuse to substitute for less expensive ingredients. I was eventually given actual coriander but I had to complain first, so I wouldn’t go again. With so much great choice in Brussels this is purely a one-off place...
