Tried to go for Indian food last night, it was a recommendation from people we know. We were sat at a table relatively quickly there was only 1 table occupied in the restaurant.
We looked at the menus, figured out what we wanted folded the menus and sat and waited while the staff stood around the bar talking.
We walked 25 min to this restaurant to try it and completely felt like an inconvenience. We then waited 15 minutes without even so much as a "can I get you started with a drink" remember only 1 table in the restaurant was occupied
I cannot review the food but the service was non existent

I put a screen shot in so you could check the times. Its also funny how you "reviewed carefully" and " I had waited around 7 minutes" and " I left more then one review".
You didnt review anything, I didnt leave 2 review's and I didnt wait around. I was out with my girlfriend there were 2 of us. You dont make a guest feel rushed by for example " Hi im (insert name) i will be your server tonight, just so you know our specials tonight are (insert specials here or recommendations) can I get you guys started with a drink while your looking over the menus. This let's the guest know they have been noticed and also if they might be in a rush, they can order
We were literally 50% of the customers in your establishment. Clearly English speaking, probably dont know many Indian dishes, instead of having a party meeting at the bar, provide some customer service.
You are in the service industry. Reading your reviews seems like this is quite frequently a problem, instead of "reviewing" and replying on Google, I would kindly suggest maybe retraining your staff or changing some policy's to provide better service
Thanks for taking the...
Read moreI had a truly exceptional dining experience at India Paradise, and a big part of that was thanks to Sonia, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.
From the moment we arrived, Sonia greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, offering helpful suggestions from the menu and checking in at just the right moments. Her knowledge of the dishes and willingness to accommodate dietary preferences made us feel well cared for throughout the evening.
The food was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The butter chicken was perfectly spiced, the garlic naan was warm and pillowy, and the vegetarian options were just as satisfying. Sonia made sure our drinks were always topped up and even recommended a mango lassi that paired wonderfully with our meal.
What stood out most was Sonia’s professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and sincere. She made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers.
If you're planning a visit to India Paradise, I highly recommend asking for Sonia—you’ll be in excellent hands. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in...
Read moreI don't usually rate places, but I have to share my terrible experience at this restaurant yesterday. First, the staff continuously asked us to place an order just a minute after we sat down. We spent over $130. We ordered malai chaap for starters, and it was cold and tough. There were only 3-4 pieces of chaap, and the rest of the plate was just onions and cabbage. 2.The chili paneer was just paneer pieces, with no capsicum or onions. Then we got our main course. The kadhai paneer looked like shahi paneer, and it only had one piece of capsicum and two pieces of onion; the rest was gravy. The vegetable raita had no salt or spices, and when we asked why, the staff said they probably forgot to add it and just put a salt shaker on the table. The daal makhni and lime soda were good, though.
