Aug. 28 /2016. Went in for a couple gifts for my 2 little boys, the Asian cashier wasn't friendly to conversation. We picked out a "beware of..." certain dog breed, he says the one was grabbed wasn't for sale when we clearly got it from the rack and there was a price tag on it, he claimed that one was the display one, even if it were there were many others to choose from!!! I’ve bought a few toys and gifts from here in the past and frankly it blends in with all the others stores, but on our most recent trip this summer the owner (?) shook his finger at my son who gently picked up a toy airplane to look at it. He pointed to a sign that says don’t play with the toys. My son is deeply feeling and started crying because he didn’t know what he did wrong. We walked out and I bought him a toy at another store. Really really really bad customer service we received today. When we came in the guy never said Hi or do you need help. He was on the phone the whole time even when we paid. When we paid, I said Hi 2 times and have a great day, never said a word to me or my friends. He was alone today and I couldn’t do a complaint, but I really want to do a complaint.
