Terrible service, got the buffet. First of all, some items were running low on quantity, when notified the server she rudely told me, "They know and things take time to prepare, you know?" Even that wasn't the worst part, got the food and one my family member found a hair in her naan, told the same server and no apology from her side or any remorse from her side, just told her to go get another fresh plate....you're offering me a fresh plate for a BUFFET🤔🤷. Like does that even makes sense? And in the end her nerve to ask me for a 18% gratuity for serving us when the only thing we got from any server was just 2 drink menu's. Really!? I'll never recommend this place to anyone, Infact I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to never visit this place.
UPDATE:- since google won't let me reply to comment, I'll just update it, pasta salad was FINISHED not running low. There were like 3 pieces of penne in it( if you wanna call it "running low" that's your call) and I wish I took a picture of it but a hair in the naan is not unheard of, even if it's Cooked at 150°. Also your comment about gratuity was never conveyed in that manner to us, we were more like told to press the 18% tip, no other choice was given to us. Even in one of your photo's it can be seen clearly that you charge 18% gratuity for 6 or more people.
UPDATE AGAIN- The hair wasn't in the plate, it was in the naan bread. Let's make it clear. Thank you for...
Read moreDespite written in Google that the place is cash-only, the owners accept credit cards too. The place suggests the Indian style food, with 2 dishes with a chicken and all the rest are vegan/vegeterian. No desserts included in the price, but there are cookies to buy. Also you geet free water on the table. The rich alcocholic and non-alcocholic drinks menu is available with adequate prices. Some of the dishes are in the form of liquide and some solid. The only dishescdhich can provide you with protein are chicken ones. So, if you are vegeterian, you will not find the food with protein like eggs or tofu. I was surprised to reveal that pudding can be in a form of liquide. Regarding the food taste - it contains herbs and spices so the taste is a bit unusual for european people. In addition, some dishes contain onion. As a person who doesn't like onion and herbs it was challenging for me to find suitable food, but I managed. In one of my flights I had the stop-over in Mumbai airport, bought there an indian meal and don't remember it was so special with it's taste. The indian music at background is rather nice but I would make it a little lower in volume. Also, free WiFi is avalable at the place. In summary, for real Indian food lovers who...
Read moreI went last night to this place to get veg food for parents. First, where's the covid social distancing? Second, place was super congested. The lady at the cash is racist much. So she gave me 2 bowls to fill up my choice of curry and rice and she will being the naan. I brought the curries and another lady took it from my hand and placed it in a plastic bag and walked away. The lady at the cash brought the naan and gave it to me and I asked her where is my curry then she points on another side and asked me to take the naan and take the bag from other side. She did not have the courtesy to bring the bag to me since they took it there. But on another hand, she was super nice to this white guy who came after me and he received a white glove service. Lol.. she filled up his curry, placed it in a bag and added the naan to the bag and handed it over to him.. hmm why the difference in service? I politely told her what she did wasn't nice and I do not appreciate the way she treated people differently and her response "that's your problem ma'am" umm ok.. it just gave me an impression to not go to any Indian...
