I had a coupe of really great experiences in this store but my last interaction really warrants a great review from me. I was previously in the store before and purchased a blue watch for my boyfriend. Then I went in looking for another gift, and I saw a watch but they did not have it in the color that I wanted.

When I got back home, during the week I called them and within one day not only did they have the watch ordered, I actually received it the next day. I saw a necklace by the window and wasn’t sure if the store was open. Luckily when I took a second look, I saw the “Open” sign.

The lady helping me was very kind and encouraging. She’s very proud of all the jewelry pieces made by Canadian artists.

I bought the necklace and she found a new one for me. After I got back to the car, I found the piece wasn’t as good as the window display. So I went back to the store right away.
