Our experience with Glamour has been extremely poor â they do not stand by the quality of their product and customer service was terrible. We visit NOTL annually and over the years, my husband has purchased for me several pairs of earrings from Glamour. Unfortunately, one pair were poorly designed (too long a loop) and kept falling out. I returned, with the receipt, but Glamour would not exchange them. Instead I was given plastic backings and told to try them, which I did and they did not fit. I e-mailed the owner/manager, Jennifer Lee, who told me to scan the receipt and send it, which I also did â she did not respond. On our recent visit, we went into Glamour and I again requested an exchange, for the same price ($33), for a similar pair of earrings, that were of a practical design. Ms. Lee stated that the earrings could not be proven to be the same as on the receipt, insinuating that I was not telling the truth. I said that I was very disappointed that she would not stand behind the quality of her product and that âI would not be backâ. She replied âgood, we donât want you backâ.
