Starting using this service in late 2022. In August 2023 I'm not sure what changed but they became very unreliable and were unable to even send a simple Email to inform me in advance when the cleaning would be. I work from home so I feel like this was a reasonable request, as I'm home all day so I didnt care what time they arrived, I just need to arrange my day accordingly for when they are on site. After 5 months I cancelled my services as they never fixed the situation despite numerous requests. They then decided to have an extremely rude manager named Michelle call me and raise her voice and tell me its my fault and she cant understand why I cant just know when they are coming. I cancelled my services and she decided that the best course of action would be to yell, belittle and hang up on me. Then send rambling text messages to my phone. There are tons of housekeeping services to choose from, avoid this one at all costs. Plus one of their maids placed dirty dishes in my oven twice instead of cleaning them. Yulia & Irina came today & my apartment feels “light” again! Great communication beforehand & these Ladies worked quickly & efficiently, tackling the list I prepared like the Pro’s they are. Great job! Definitely recommend. UNFORTUNATELY I have to downgrade this review due to incredibly poor communication after the job. My daughter & I both submit emails with a total of 7 pictures showing areas that were completely missed/left more dirty (like the clump of wet dust I peeled off my bathroom wall). We submit with the 24 hour window & didn’t hear ANYTHING until 4 weeks later when they called to confirm a 2nd booking I made the day they came to see us the 1st time. First they said that it was too late for the Team to return & complete the areas they missed…even tho we had sent the pictures within 24hours of the service. THEN they said we sent the images to the wrong email address, although my daughter distinctly remembers calling to confirm the email address the images should go to, so there was no confusion. Suffice to say, We will NOT be re-booking & found the Follow Up Guarantee to be a false promise from this...
