I visited one of the TD branches yesterday in an area where I had some work to do. I needed to withdraw some cash, but the ATMs were being replaced, so I went inside the branch. I normally go to a different location for my banking needs.
Upon entering, after a short wait, I was called to the counter by a bank employee. I greeted them with a smile and politely asked how they were doing. Unfortunately, I received no response at all. I believe that a basic level of courtesy—such as responding to a greeting—is a fundamental part of professional customer service.
