I went this last weekend, I was really hungry and everything was close, so I went to this place, and since the beginning the waiter didn’t take care that I was there ( probably because It was just me, and I noticed that it is a place to go for drinks and with more people) so he gave me the menu, and I asked him for non diary options, he couldn’t tell me something specifically, and then I just ordered the spicy spaghetti with prawns, when the food arrived I ate it, just like two bites and I told the waiter that it was too spicy, too spicy that I couldn’t eat it ( he never asked me how spicy I want it, or maybe it was just my fault) but the service was the worst that I had here in Vancouver. I asked what I could do, if I have to pay the entire price for the food that it was around $20, he told me that I only had to pay the half of it. I paid, and he never even say, good night or I’m sorry, he just left after I paid. Worst place to go to eat. Just for drinks I think it’s ok.

Next time I'll choose another place when I'm in the area. Even though the waitress was basically nice, when I accidentally kicked our table and spilled the beer all over it and she saw it, because she was next to us, she didn't bother for 40 minutes or so to come and clean it up. I order a pitcher, but instead of Granville island I asked about other option. The waitress forgot to tell me that those are in a different price range. The was a hockey game on the tv, and they put the volume up incredibly high, even though none of the customers were watching it. We couldn't even hear ourselves when we were talking.

Lots of misleading stuff going on. 1: Their happy hour is not everyday like it says on their online menu. PSA 2: The fish & chips were $19, not $17 like their Google menu says, despite it saying they updated the menu 1 day ago. And look at their photo compared to my actual order. Doesn't look like the one on their page. Where's the salad? And there was soggy batter in mine. The wings were $15. I know the economy is really tough, but if changes are being made to cut back, you need transparency. This whole experience made me feel like the business is trying to be sneaky.

Went here with a group of buddies after our regular Saturday night basketball game for some beer and wings. We've been here a few times before and thought we knew what to expect — but this time was just awful.

We ordered 2 jugs of beer and 8 plates of wings to share between the 6 of us. We were told each plate came with one side of sauce, so we expected 8 sauces with no extra charge. Fair enough — we had a $20 budget each, and anything left over we planned to use on more beer or leave as a tip.

When the food came out, the wings looked fine — until we bit into them. They were completely undercooked, with blood actually dripping from some of them. Naturally, we were disgusted. We flagged down the head waiter, who also turned out to be the owner. To his credit, he agreed that the wings were raw and said he’d ā€œtake care of it.ā€

We decided to give them a chance to fix it and not make a big scene, even though some of us were ready to walk out. What did they do? They came back with six wings total — not even a full plate — to make up for the disaster.

Then, when the bill came, they actually charged us for 6 side sauces — the ones that were supposed to be included in the original order. At that point, it was just laughable. We paid the bill and left, but none of us will ever be returning.

That night, they lost six customers for good. Terrible food, worse service, and a complete lack of...

Very slow service. Can tell the waitress was just uninterested in being there. Took forever between drinks and snacks and when we were on round three of drinks, with my party of 4, 3 of us wanted to conclude with a third beer followed with the bill. However only one of us got our drink, thinking me and my other friend would get ours in a bit, some 20 minutes later we were presented with the bill. Instead of pointing out the mistake I just decided we pay and leave as we had movie in 15 minutes. We were in this ā€˜cafe’ for 1.5 hours and our simple orders took forever and two of us didn’t receive the requested drink. On top of the pricey food, taxes and bland service this isn’t worth the money so no tip was left. Based on other reviews this is an ongoing issue and I have also been to this place twice in the past and it’s clearly gotten worse. Skip this one, as there are better...
