Out of all the brands I browsed through the entire building of the HR, Bottega Veneta was the only one who presented me a positive luxury experience. I casually walked in with no clear idea of what I was going to grab. From the multiple negative experiences with other brands brands where discouraged me to buy something I originally planned to purchase I felt quite hopeless to find something for my anniversary the same day.

I met Cyrus at BV and he gave me the full on consultation of what would best fit into my needs and style considering my petit frame and personal taste. He even went over how warranty works and services I can get when my bag needs some spa over time (not free). I originally thought of getting an advice from the store leave and make a purchase online to save some $$, my hubby wanted to make a purchase on site from him. Cyrus made sure I was getting a brand new piece and save money on tax as I am from AB by sending it directly to my house. It normally takes to decide on colour and size when I spend a big money but with his help, everything happened less than an hour and I am super happy with the decision I made! (It was something completely out of my radar.)

I received my order within 3 business days. and the quality of the bag and the metal warranty card amazed me.

I am planning to keep purchasing from him with phone order if anything BV when I don't have any plan to visit Vancouver.

Hope sales of BV increases so they can have a proper store section...

I was travelling from Winnipeg to Vancouver for my birthday and had my heart set on the Bottega Andiamo bag. My sale's advisor Angelle was absolutely amazing, she stayed in touch with me for months before my trip, answered every question with patience and care, and even sent photos for me to help me decide as I wasn't able to see them in person as there are no boutiques in Winnipeg. When I finally came in to pick up my bag, she and the rest of the team made the experience truly special, everyone was very patient when I needed time to think and I felt super comfortable with the entire shopping experience.

Even after my purchase, Angelle continued to go above and beyond to assist me with any follow-up questions I had. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine dedication made this purchase one of the highlights of my trip to remember. I’ll definitely be returning to shop at Bottega again, hopefully get to see the new renovation store next time when I’m back in Vancouver. Went all the way downtown to get my cologne I have been wearing for the last 34 years. When I looked at the counter where I usually get my product and it was not there. I asked the young gentleman who was tending that counter and was told they do not make that product. As I say I have been wearing the same cologne for 34 years and don't appreciate being lied to some little wet behind the ear jerk. I am a bit scary by appearance but appreciate the good thing in life. I think your "attendant" should take his nose out of the air,quit stereotyping people on their appearance and learn about the product line he is being PAID to sell.
