Very nice workers, especially Nelia that welcomed me in the store. They seem really enjoying working for such an important and beautiful Italian brand. The atmosphere is excellent, enjoyable and the stuff is always generous to answer your questions. Despite I was not willing to buy anything I still received an amazing service and treatment, since I was curios to visit the branch in Vancouver, which is something that should not be taken for granted. Many luxury brand stores employees in downtown are not as welcoming and available as I have experienced by stepping into Cucinelli's store.
