We totally found that place by accident, while we were walking around the small alleys of Cerro conception! A beautiful place to take a break and relax watching the sea and the Harbour! There are also many restaurants around, a bit more expensive because of their view, but with nice atmosphere! Worths checking out!!

This place has a fantastic view of the port. I learned that since the port had fallen into disrepair and the city of Valparaiso didn't have the funds to effect them, a German company put up the money and now local people call it the German port.
