Amazing, homestyle Chilean food and an extremely charming owner. Everything from the look and feel of the restaurant, to the traditional Chilean dishes served, to the charming owner singing to himself as he serves the food is just perfect.
The restaurant "feels" very much like Valparaiso or Patagonia, and the food is totally traditional Chilean foods (pastel de choclo, stews, Valpo pisco sours) cooked to a gourmet level. If I could only go to one restaurant in Valpo this would be it. And Ill be back tomorrow.
