Dudes Hong Kong (Causeway Bay) — Local services in Hong Kong

This place really sucks, I bought Takis here and there were two bags available of the same flavour, one was without air (it had a small hole in it )and the other was normal with no holes, when I bought one the cashier gave me the one with the hole, when I asked to get the one that isn’t damaged she said, “it’s fine it’s just air taken out ”.I would not recommend anyone to come here to get imported goods.

Response to the reply from the owner: I did not puncture the package, upon seeing the Takis, it looked deflated to me, so I wanted to double check if it had a hole or if it was normal for it to look like that (and that it didn’t have a hole). Is it not normal for customers to check goods before purchasing them? Selling customers damaged goods is one thing, but accusing me of damaging them and trying to hide it is simply ridiculous. I am disappointed of how this store’s employees...

Tried to purchase from their online shop but it had a payment error (this has never happened with other online shops). They gave me a payment code which did go through (21/11/2024). They stated delivery should arrive between 3-5 days. However, its been 2 WEEKS since I paid and I've been asking for follow ups but all they do is not answer their calls or leave me on read on whatsapp. (P.S they only asked for my delivery address after I asked them for a status update 9 DAYS after I paid 1/12/2024)

In summary: Terrible, rude service. Not sure if I got scammed, DO NOT buy from them unless u like bad customer service and like to wait an eternity for your...

Very bad service. Ordered Mr Beast chocolate for my son’s classmate 22/09/24. And we received our chocolate on 7/10/24. They delivered only after I called them many times. They just ignored my message in WhatsApp. We have been wait 2 weeks for delivery. Very rude, at least they should apologise for inconvenience. But they didn’t. And finally they sent not that chocolate we ordered which was original chocolate. The staff said the chocolate packaging was changed. But they should tell us before. So now we got dark chocolate, which that kid doesn’t like. And no even word on the chocolate that is original. 2 weeks waiting for big...
