There were 2 types, and neither one was my personal favorite, but I decided to try the tomato soup. And wow, it was so creamy! I've never had tomato soup this creamy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the natural flavor of tomatoes, and not even a hint of any ketchup-like flavor. Now, I was really interested in trying the other dishes! Salads, prociutto, and other appetizers are all-you-can-eat...the variety of dishes can be appreciated by vegetarians as well. For the main dish, I ordered a pasta and meat dish. The pasta was really delicious...and it is homemade! It's exactly what I expected homemade pasta to be like (and it made me remember the no-so-great homemade pasta that I had recently...). Of course, I've had better homemade pasta, but this doesn't fall that far behind as one of my best. Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this exquisite fine-dining restaurant(spiga), and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The food, service, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.
The * truffle beef tartare* was absolutely divine—perfectly seasoned and prepared with utmost care. The flavor combinations were impeccable, with every bite offering a delightful balance of freshness and richness. It’s undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had.
The * truffle pizza* was another standout dish. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were fresh, and the addition of truffle made it extraordinarily fragrant. The aroma of truffle was so enticing that it elevated the entire dish to a new level of indulgence. Every component worked harmoniously to deliver a truly luxurious dining experience.
To top it all off, the service was unmatched. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my power bank at the restaurant, but one of the waitstaff, Onisha, promptly called me to inform me and kindly reminded me to retrieve it. Such attentiveness and care are rare and greatly appreciated.
