Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Quiero Más, a stunning Spanish restaurant perched on the 20th floor of M88, Wellington Place in Central. The elegant ambiance and breathtaking views of the Victoria Harbour through the floor-to-ceiling windows created a truly magical dining experience. Quiero Más offers a modern take on classic Spanish cuisine, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The attentive and friendly service further enhanced the overall experience, making it a perfect venue for celebrations or a romantic dinner.
Here's a glimpse of what we enjoyed:
Grilled Octopus: Perfectly charred on the outside, tender on the inside, and served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes – a truly delightful dish. Seafood Paella: Quiero Más' Paella captures the essence of this iconic dish with perfectly cooked rice and an abundance of fresh seafood. Every bite was a burst of ocean-fresh flavour. Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Fig Toast: The rich, melt-in-your-mouth foie gras was beautifully balanced by the sweetness of the fig, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. Patatas Bravas: Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection – these simple yet satisfying potatoes were a real treat. Homemade Ice Cream with Raspberry Sorbet: A refreshing and delightful end to our meal. The smooth ice cream and tangy sorbet were the perfect palate cleanser. The raspberry sorbet, in particular, was a vibrant and refreshing counterpoint to the richness of the other dishes.
From the quality of the ingredients to the impeccable execution of each dish, Quiero Más showcases culinary excellence. Combined with the elegant ambiance and attentive service, it's a dining experience I highly recommend. I can't wait to return and explore more of their tempting menu!

Nestled in the heart of Hong Kong, Quiero Más is a charming Mediterranean restaurant with a distinct Spanish influence. The restaurant boasts a bright and airy interior, and we were fortunate to snag a table without a reservation. The large windows offer a stunning view of the city skyline.
Food: The menu showcases a strong Spanish culinary identity, offering various sections for appetizers, salads, tapas, pasta, and main courses. We opted for tapas, which typically feature smaller portions allowing you to sample a variety of dishes. We began with their signature dish, Crispy Suckling Pig with Pumpkin Puree. While this is highly recommended on their menu, we found it lacking in flavor and spice. The skin was only crispy in certain areas, making some bites difficult to enjoy. We also felt it lacked salt and a complementary sauce to add depth and complexity. Next, we tried the Tender Octopus with Puree. The octopus had a smoky aroma and a pleasing soft texture, but, again, it was lacking in seasoning and tasted rather bland. The puree also lacked salt. Our final choice was Foie Gras with Figs on Brioche. This dish also had its shortcomings. The foie gras was very delicate, offering a subtle and almost undetectable flavor, overpowered by the richness of the brioche. We ended up eating it without the bread, which resulted in a more balanced flavor profile. The figs were not sweet and ripe, leaving them underwhelmed.
Service: The service was adequate. Our server was helpful in guiding us through the menu. Food arrived promptly and dirty plates were cleared efficiently. While we didn’t feel particularly pampered, the service remained friendly.
Conclusion: While the ambiance was pleasant, we were not overly impressed with the food at Quiero Más. Every dish we tried had a noticeable flaw. The presentation was beautiful, creating the impression that more emphasis was placed on aesthetics than taste. We left feeling underwhelmed. We would likely only visit this...

Gambas - Sweet Tiger Prawn dressed in Chili & Garlic Indulge in the flavorful Gambas served with crisp bread, a tantalizing dish bursting with rich flavors and textures.
〘 Main Course 〙 Oven Roasted Turkey with Homemade Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Grilled Endives Delight in insanely tender turkey served with cranberry sauce for a sprinkle of acidity, ensuring a balanced and flavorful dining experience without excess heaviness. Sides with the main course include a buttery mashed potato and sautéd vegetables - pumpkin, peas, carrot and brussel sprouts.
