3.5 stars Venue: near a tram station or 5 minutes walk from Wan Chai MTR station. Causal setting. Simple decor with morden Vietnamese paintings. Most tables are partitioned. One small private room is available. Comfy seating. Toilets were clean --- 7.3/10 Service: Not in Rush when we visited. Hot water was provided when to be seated. Food served fast. One waitress was very nice and added pickles for us initiatively. Just only one. --- 7/10

Food: Bilingual menu. Normal presentation. Good portion. Good prices. Tried one of the Special Sets, 火車頭河套餐2位用 Signature Jumbo Pho for 2, $198+ 10% service charge. That includes: Deep-fried Vietnamese Spring Roll 炸越式春卷, 4pcs (or 4 pcs Steamed Rice Pancakes 蒸粉卷): well-presented and served with, pickles, basil and lettuce. The fillings were good. There are 3 options of noodles (Glass noodles, Cambodian noodles, or Vermicelli ). The portion of noodles can be shared with 3 people. There are 4 pcs raw beef, 4 pcs Sliced Intrim Brisket, 4 pcs Beef Omasum, 4-5 pcs Beef Tendons, 6 half-cut Beef meatballs, lettuce, bean sprouts, basil leaves). Average food, good atmosphere, but if you are vegetarian, forget it.

Not real Vietnamese because there there're only two vegetarian items throughout the entire menu, and they aren't flexible on any menu items.

I had rice paper rolls with vermicelli and lettuce, one of the two options. Complete waste of money. I've had more satisfaction eating plain bread than this. Obviously no care or consideration has been put into this dish, or the chef isn't very talented or diverse.
